About Analytics

CAM Analytics brings to you the familiarity of SQL to perform queries from the application along with advanced analytics and reporting abilities that provides valuable insight to metrics and activities across your cloud applications.

The Analytics tab allows users to create SQL SELECT queries for documents, folders, workspaces, and run those queries against the Prosperoware CAM database. After creating a query, users can save it for later use. The Existing Queries tab has several out-of-the-box queries that you can select and execute to run reports.

In addition to creating SQL queries, Analytics tab also helps you evaluate the level of user adoption, generate workspace health check reports, and identify key usage trends. The Documents tab, Workspace tab, and the Analytics tab present a graphical view of the users & group login history, the cabinets and workspaces accessed and updated, and highlight any unusual activity such as mass download of content. 1. Select Workspace Management> Analytics tab
2. In the left panel, two tabs are available New Query and Existing Queries. The New Query tab allows you to write SQL queries to fetch data from the Prosperoware database.
3. In the Query editor, enter the SQL query and click Execute. Click the Save button to save the query.
4. The Existing Queries tab lists several out-of-the-box queries that you can select to run reports.

Analytics bulk job

You can perform a bulk update on the selected query results. Sometimes it may happen that the query will result in millions of records, and applying bulk updates would be unrecommended. CAM throttled this by restricting the specific number of content updates.

• Documents Query: Operations restrict if query results are greater than 25k.
• Folders Query: Operations restrict if query results are greater than 10k.
• Workspaces Query: Operations restrict if query results are greater than 5k.
